This is a one of a kind, custom Ibanez Universe UV777BK with 2 EMG-707 pickups prof. installed. It has a diamond plate polished aluminium pickguard and also comes with the mirror pickguard also. ($50 value- custom made by Jeannie's Pickguards. Both pickguards are made for 2 EMG-707's) This guitar was purchased by me only 2 months ago and came brand new in the box, unplayed from the factory- so it is in AWESOME shape! No scratches, chips, dents, or fretwear what-so-ever. The 9-volt battery compartment is in the back in the small cover compartment, so removal of the pickguard isn't necessary to change the battery. You probably know all the specs. for this guitar- Abalone 777 Pyramid, Pearloid body/neck/headstock binding, ultra-thin fast neck with disappearing pyramid inlays. It is the guitar of choice for many awesome players including Steve Vai, Morbid Angel, and Korn. The horrid sounding Blaze pickups have been replaced with KILLER EMG-707's. These active pickups are incredible! All the muddiness is gone- even tuned down to A! Harmonics SCREAM off of the fretboard with the greatest of ease- you will notice how much easier in fact! You can get that new heavy distortion sound with the bridge, put it on the neck pickup for Yngwie-ish sweeps and Gilbert speed picking tones. Clean tones are incredible also. This is a one of a kind, collectible instrument like the Jems. Why settle for one just like everybody else's? When the lights shine off of this guitar and it's pickguard, it's incredible looking!
