I have an Ibanez 'mongrel' which I want to put on the site if it qualifies. It is an Roadstar RS440 body with an early RG neck. I have fitted it with EMG's HSS config' and it still has the original Rock 'n' Roll Pro trem' system. I bought the guitar for £99 on e-bay as a gamble that came off. It was in a hell of a state with Seymour Duncan 'Blade' pickups that were tired and rusty, no trem arm and the wrong neck. I had the bodywork restored by Eddie Utley in Rotherham and a new mirror scratch plate made by Lost Planet Guitars. It now sports EMG pickups, an 81 in the neck and S types for the singles. The trem' system holds its tuning well surprisingly so all in all for the total cost of £350 I have a fairly unique guitar.
