Details & History

Here is a picture on my 2002 Ibanez JEM 7VSBL Blue Sparkle finish Serial number F0228996.  It is fabulous with the JEM neck and plays like dream after my local guitar builder re-profiled the frets- Ibanez had not made a particularly good job of it. 

The pictures never do this guitar justice – it looks so good in the flesh.  It has a very ringing tone acoustically and the Evolutions sound good in the Alder body.  The vine inlay looks less dark than in the photos too.  The guitar is easily as good as the 1988 PBK I owned before – much more soulful sound.
