JEM7DBK

SN: F0132646 YEAR: 2001 OWNER:  RaV

Details & History

It's the best guitar I have ever played. It has 2 years and it still plays like brand new or even better.
I've changed pickups and now I have DiMarzio Evolution Neck and Bridge instead Breed Neck and Bridge. I bought that guitar in the States in New Jersey's Rondo Music Store and now my Jem spends all the time in POLAND.

Details & History

The Ibanez JEM7D Steve Vai guitar. This is one sweet axe. It is brand new and in mint condition. I have owned this guitar for about a month and have hardly ever played on it. Contoured basswood body with 24 fret JEM neck provides easy access to all registers. Deep routed tremolo cavities allow pitches to be raised and lowered. W/6105 medium frets, Floyd Rose LO Pro Edge Bridge, DiMarzio Breed humbuckers and DiMarzio single coil. X fret inlays, mirrored pickguard, black textured body, and chrome hardware. This axe plays fast, sounds awesome, and is super light.

Real cool finish almost like wet coal. Thus far the only other Jem to wear the Breed pick up's. The other being the DNA sounds amazing, looks cool, nice mirror pickguard, again as with the BSB the last four frets are not scalloped and its those screw head 'dot' inlays. Current model and a nice addition to any collection. (I wonder what it would look like with an ebony board?? Ed.)
