Unusually, this VBK has the Large monkey grip not seen on this model. Could be a hybrid or Custom. More investigation needed.

Details & History

This is my Ibanez jem 777vbk Black. It is in mint condition and sounds awesome. It has a Rosewood neck & fingerboard. Green vine tree of life neck inlay,1  single coil pickup and 2  DiMarzio Humbuckers. A  Monkey grip handle, A selector switch. 'Lo-Pro Edge' Floyd Rose tremolo/bridge system. It has 21-24 frets. original locking nut and cut away body and plays like a dream!!!

Black. Made in Japan. Rosewood neck & fingerboard. 2 x DiMarzio Humbuckers & 1 x single coil pickup. 5 - way selector switch. 'Monkey Grip' grab handle. 'Lo-Pro Edge' Floyd Rose tremolo/bridge system. (you can't see it in the image, but there is a tremolo arm!!). Green 'vine-style' neck inlay. Frets 21-24 are scalloped. Almost no fret ware. Green knobs. Paintwork in good condition. Working perfectly.

Details & History

This is an Ibanez Jem 777VBK. This guitar is in excellent shape. It's in mint condition other than a few light scratches on the pick guard. This guitar is a late 80's to an early 90's model. The fretboard is rose wood with green vine inlay and has 24 frets with the bottom 3 being scalloped. The guitar has an Edge tremolo system. All the original paper work is still in the case, even the warranty work that was never mailed off along with all the Allen wrenches and tremolo bar. The neck and frets show no wear at all.

Details & History

DiMarzio PAF-Pro Hums JEM single, tree of life inlay harking back to earlier Ibanez guitars. This 1991-2 model sports the improved lo-Pro edge trem. Little change from the early Jem's, but the improved palming of the Lo-Pro trem and the exotic green inlay makes it stand out from a crowd.
