Details & HistoryJEM 777 LNG - (870670) pretty much as
new, with the hand rest. Came in the original case but the pyramid is
missing - did some ship without them? Shot of the signature too. Bought
online but not eBay this time, direct from the store that took delivery of
it back in 87... Attina's. They were a joy to deal with but I'm not saying
how much I paid them to get this guitar over here...! |

Details & HistoryLNG is #407, and serial is 870058. it's signed on the backplate (which is why the sig was missing at JFUK2K2 - I left it at home). I picked it up from ebay for 3000DM, and it's in 9/10 condition. it sounds fantastic. it's my main guitar nowadays for everything! |

Details & History
SN: #612 870461, Year: 1987, Owner: Dieter
Nickel, germany
I got the guitar from a friend of mine, Uwe
Schiewe. He bought it in Stuttgart, Germany. There was some time I did
not play guitar and I said to Uwe, the only way to get me playing again
would be owning this unique instrument. Two years later he bought a
7-string-guitar that he loves like no other. And so I got the JEM777LNG.
There is a signature of Steve Vai on the trem cavity cover plate. I used
plastic spray to protect the signature. It has no handrest and the fretboard
is modified by Uwe. There is no hard case with the instrument. It is in
good condition and now I enjoy to play guitar again.

| SN: #127 (187) 870063 | YEAR: 1987 | OWNER: Peter |
Details & HistoryHere's a couple of pictures of my JEM777LNG. I'm the original owner of this fine guitar. I bought it brand new in 1987 from Guitar Center in Chicago. The guitar was re-autographed by Steve Vai a few years ago because the original signature was almost all rubbed off. The funny thing is I asked Steve to number it #127 (the original number) but he wrote #187. So now there are two #187's out there. The guitar has the long sought after palm rest on it although I take it off when I'm playing it. The JEM is in pretty good shape for being 15 years old. There's a few nicks and dings in it but I'd rate it a solid 8 from a scale from one to ten. It plays like a dream. The serial number is #870063.
