Jem 555 Left Handed.  Serial number C7054262 (Cort 1997?).  White.  All original.  This one is in mint condition, but I continue to play it.  I bought this one used for $550.00 in early 2004.  Although it is built in Korea, the craftsmanship is superb.  There were a lot of criticism with this model, but it plays well for me.  Plus, as a lefty, I don't have any other Jem options.  : (

Just had to show these excellent pictures of the rare Lefty Jem555, formally owned by Jeremy.

If you are the new owner, i'd love to have more or at least your permission to keep these up and maybe add some details.

Details & History

The Ibanez bridge is a lot stiffer than the other Floyd Rose bridges I have played, and I have found that I like that characteristic in Ibanez's guitars.  The pickups on the guitar switch smoothly and I find them great for rhythm playing.  Over and all this left handed Steve Vai guitar is a very solid guitar, and it's great for playing just about anything.
