Details & HistoryHi Jerry, I have been a fan of your site for awhile and I would like to share my collection with everyone. I'll start with my first Ibanez which I bought new in 1991--it's an RG570JB. Nothing but stock and in great shape. (The common theme with my guitars is matching headstocks, edge trems and old style neck joints). My next two are from 1987-both second-hand purchases and both RG550's-a RF and a DY. I have customized them modestly: the RF has DiMarzio Evo (B), HS-2, and PAF-pro and all cavity covers and pickguard are red mirror and finished off with a red clip-lock. The DY has 2 PAF pros and stock single coil with yellow cover. Also a yellow pickguard and homemade one-off YELLOW DiMarzio clip-lock strap. These are my main players as they are set up and sound great and I'm not afraid to play them. The next is my PGM300 from 1997 (AANJ--oh well-no choice.) Your standard white/black f-holes. I bought this second-hand as well but it's mint! All stock except ToneZone in bridge. This one has the lo-pro edge. Great player. The finale and cornerstone of my humble collection is the '88 JEM777SK. Mint. And will stay that way. She is pretty much a vampiress. I take her out at night on rare occasion for a pickless strum. This was a secondhand purchase also and an excellent investment. Thanks for the awesome site. I love to see what's out there Ibanez-wise and see the custom ideas that people come up with. Regards, Jeff Bisson
