Hey Jerry. I'm Ryan from Maine, and this is my RG270DX. This is my first RG, and although is not that extravagant, is actually a great guitar. It's in a flat black finish, very few minor cosmetic dings/scratches, with a Wizard II neck that plays smooth as silk, absolutely perfect for soloing. It came stock with Ibanez Powersound pickups (H-S-H) and I've taken the liberty of installing a DiMarzio ToneZone in the bridge position that screams (I'll soon replace the neck humbucker and middle single coil with an Air Norton & Fast Track). The TRS trem I can do without, goes out of tune alot but I'm getting an Edge soon. Even with the stock appointments this is not a bad guitar at all for someone on a tight budget. I got mine for a little over $200.00 (The Iron Cross devalued it for some reason...i think its badass) I don't know what year it is (late 90's early 00's I'm guessing) The Serial Number is C02034847.
