(Taken from Ibanez Price list of April 1990)

This was Ibanez’ first American hand-built guitar. They were produced for approximately 2 years. This particular guitar is the “cherry-burst” color with 3pc. Maple top birds-eye center (thru neck), with quilted maple wings. Internet consensus is that a serial #over 100 hasn’t been seen and only a handful are these magnificent transparent variations.

The “Double Whammy” has been swapped to DiMarzio “Air Zone”, and the vol. and tone knobs switched to Cosmo black RG style knobs to match the rest of the trim.
